Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the mijsjes-email program you agree to all terms
and conditions set forth in this agreement. The Owner may, at any time,
choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its members. If any
modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this
agreement. Your continued participation in our program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute
binding acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be able to read English and write English. This site sends English tests!
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members(see the index page for the list) and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing account with our program. You will use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and pressing the edit user information button. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by the owner be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You agree to receive email advertising from us, limited to no more than 200 per day. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from our program your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 7 (seven) consecutive days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete information will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited. If your IP address and country do not match, your account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeited.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Our Company are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and us. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of our company. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using this site
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Link Errors
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
Keywords/Interests
We have several "Bad" keywords/interest, (Delete me) this assists us in finding the members that cannot understand English. If your account is found to have one of these keywords selected your account will be deleted. If you are NOT from a search allowed country, do not select the SEARCH interest/keyword - accounts from non search countries that have this keyword selected will be deleted.
Cheat links and English test links
Cheat and English test links will be sent at the discretion of the Webmaster.
All cheat links and English test will have a 20 second timer which is plenty of time to close out the window and it won't be counted against you.
Should you choose to allow the timer to expire, the following steps will apply:
1st - 10th cheat links clicked....deduct $0.05 from account (per click)
11th cheat link clicked.....loss of earnings, downline and your account is DELETED.
Turingnumbers
Mijsjes-email.com uses turingnumbers, to see if you are reading and are a human being and not a click bot. When you have more than 15 bad turning numbers clicks, your account will be suspended
Vacation mode
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randoms. If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact us via the contact link and let us know so that your account will be noted and it does not get deleted. ..
Searching
Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account will be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline cancelled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings. Please do not select search in your user info if you are not from a search country.
Selling An Account
We do not allow anyone to sell or give away their membership account. Anyone caught selling or giving away their account will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited. Under very special circumstances I will allow this to happen upon contacting me.
Inactive Members
We have a zero tolerance policy against inactivity
If you not clicked a link for more the 30 days, or logged in your account, you will be considered inactive, this is for all members (so for free and upgraded ones)
This will result the losing your account. After 35 days we will delete all inactive members. You will loose all your earnings, referrals and referral earnings. This can not be turned back!
Downline Credit
You must be at least 20 Percent as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.
PTR Owners
Any Program Owner that requests payout from me while any of their sites are over 60 days behind on payouts, or are not answering support will have their payout requests denied. If they request again before their sites are in order their accounts and ptp will be suspended until such time that their own sites are up to date.
Effective November 14, 2009, any program owner who has closed his/her sites without paying members and reimbursing unused portions of upgrades and affiliate pages is not welcome to join my sites.
Payments:
Starting today (27 March) we have another payoutplugin.
You can withdraw your money once a month with a maximum of $6:
You may request payments once your account balance reaches $0.01 (for E-gold), $1.00 (for Paypal)
We will pay you within 21 days
Pay attention that:
Your account is in "good shape" meaning that all fields are filled with real details (so no dgdgdgd, ardsggdd in name, address without house- or appartment number ,country etc)
If your account isn't in "good shape":
- first time we dont pay you, and you know something is wrong with your account
- second time: we won't pay you and you will be suspended!
Once in a while we close the withdraw page for a week, to check the memberdatabase!!
If you requested pay-out, stay member till we had the chance to pay you.
If you unsubscribe, we can not find you in our database. When we don't have any paymentdetails, which results in no pay-out at all.
We will not take the time, to look it up in a backup.

PAid to Promote/Affilaite pages Rules
You must click at least 200 links per month to use the ptp or affiliate page features.You must have 5% in personal earnings vs. PTP/affiliate page earnings to cash out. If you have requested payout, but have not met this activity requirement on a consistent basis, your ptp and/or affiliate page priveleges will be suspended. You cannot quickly click the required amount prior to requesting payout
Abuse of the PTP and Affiliate page options will not be tolerated. You may not just run your ptp links and cashout. We reserve the right to cancel payout requests where PTP and Affiliate page abuse is found.
Rules of our PTP Rotator
The following pages will not be accepted in all cases:
Advertised Sites cannot display pornography, adult content or graphics, sexual or erotic material or contain links to such content
Advertised Sites cannot be libelous or defamatory in nature
Advertised Sites must not contain or link to software piracy
Advertised Sites cannot be used for software trading (warez)
Advertised Sites must not contain or link to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
Advertised Sites cannot contain gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm
Advertised Sites must not promote any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
Advertised Sites cannot participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam)
Advertised Sites must not promote any type of illegal substance, paraphernalia or activity with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities
Advertised Sites cannot be under construction, incomplete or contain little original content
Advertised Sites must not contain any type of content that reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate
Advertised Sites cannot be other Paid to Promote pages!
Redemptions:
You may choose to use your earnings for advertising at any time. You may do this by visiting the redemption page listed in your earnings account area. When sending in banner codes please make sure that your banner is working properly. If it says yourwebsite.com then please upload the banner to your website and fill in the proper information for the banner image to show. This will help speed up the process in getting your banner placed and your advertising going out much quicker.
To Cancel Your Membership:
You may at anytime cancel your membership with us by following one of the methods listed here. 1.You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account. 2. You may send an email through the contact us page, list your username, full name, address and state Unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that doing any of the above will result in your account being delete and all earnings and referrals being forfeited.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with

and may result in legal prosecution.

strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose
any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming
as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.

may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from
the same computer also constitutes fraud.

will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
